Easter Show and Tell

image; James for Galmont - yes, that is a vintage poster in the background; Kinagin by Patke, 1941.

On Easter Saturday, L'Homme, the Petits and Moi, went along to our dear friends, the J's. One of the J's, sweet James, works with us at Galmont. (BTW, people often warn us about employing friends "don't do it, it's very tricky", quite frankly, we've never found that to be the case. If anything, it has been the opposite for us.) Anyway, James's Father has been cellaring wine on every birthday and Christmas since James was a little one and there were bottles begging to be opened. So we were invited to participate, all we had to do was bring a few foodie things to eat and be ready to indulge in some pretty spectacular wines. This is the evidence of a superb evening...and I've noticed that the dessert wine isn't included....
